Job Description
Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently retained partners to a highly entrepreneurial, Global Manufacturing Organisation based in Yorkshire, in the appointment of a Group CFO.
You will join the Leadership team contributing to the Group’s strategic management whilst ensuring financial management globally aligns with the Group’s strategic objectives.
This appointment is of significant importance to the Group and will play a key role that will enable the business to continue its successful growth plans.
This role includes both direct and indirect line management of the IT and finance functions.
We are looking for a strong, motivational leader who is:
• A proven (CFO or FD) with extensive experience of financial leadership within a c£100m-£400m turnover within a manufacturing business
• Experienced in international and multisite operations
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate into operational output
• Able to demonstrate gravitas and credibility and can forge relationships at pace

In return our client is offering a basic salary from £150-200k, plus executive level benefits and includes flexibility on work location, including Working from Home and Hybrid, and as a result we are looking for candidates on a National basis.
