We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead all aspects of recruitment operations within Parkinson Lee. You will the lead the Recruitment team, reporting to the Group Operations Director. You’ll be responsible for the operational backbone of recruitment within the brand, owning the systems, data, analysis and processes that help us find great candidates, attracting the best people to the mandates and delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience. As a strategic partner in the brand, you’ll help tell the recruitment story through data as well as market knowledge, and enable the Managing Partner and wider team to identify new opportunities.

This is a unique and compelling senior recruitment opportunity. In a fast paced, encouraging and enterprising environment some of your key responsibilities while working closely with the Managing Partner will be:

•Manage, build and lead the recruitment team, including associate partners and researchers.

•Source, deploy and manage all systems and tools relating to recruitment that help the team recruit more effectively and support the team’s efficiency

•Develop a culture of data and analytical rigor, and build the foundations to enable data-informed recruitment and actionable insights.

•Own the candidate journey and overall experience.

•Own learning and development for the recruitment team, including training, onboarding and knowledge management.

•Working closely with the Managing Partner and wider executive team to agree a strategy for the structure and development of the inhouse research team.

•Conducting extensive national research, market mapping and talent identification in order to source potential executive candidates for the vacancies you are briefed. You will use a variety of techniques including database searching and networking, direct head hunting, job board searching, effective use of social media and advert writing

•Pre-Qualifying and then Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

•Interviewing relevant longlisted candidates face to face in order to generate a shortlist to present to our partners

•Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates through providing a high calibre of service

•Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of our shortlist presentations

•Preparing proposal documents, candidate brief packs, project plans and presentations using a variety of Microsoft packages

•Organising key events and managing invites and logistics

What you will need:

-Experienced in a recruitment management role; proven ability to use discretion and judgement where required whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality

-Experience of developing a team from the ground up including recruitment, coaching, performance management and mentoring

-Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the confidence and professionalism to forge strong business relationships with clients, candidates and this close-knit team

-You will be forward thinking; Self-motivated with a professional approach and the ability to work proactively; on your own initiative

-Organisation skills are a must with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time and prioritise workload accordingly whilst delivering a high-quality service to all parties

-Experience working in a fast paced and professional recruitment environment with an understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
