Job Description

Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently working with a leading multi-site manufacturing organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Director.

Joining the SMT at a time of high growth for the organisation the Interim Finance Director will be responsible for guiding the team of 20+ to drive the strategy forwards for the business.

This multi-site role will require flexibility to travel across the sites, situated in the UK, driving commercial performance.

Reporting to the CEO, key responsibilities will include:

•Full financial management and leadership of a significant multi-site group of businesses

•Developing and executing business strategy

•Driving improved performance across sales growth, margin enhancement, cost control and cashflow

•Development and leadership of the finance team

•Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the group

•Evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations to the SMT

•Rolling out change and transformation programs

•Budget planning

•Looking at continuous improvement for financial planning, analysis, and forecasting

Parkinson Lee Executive Search are looking for Finance professionals that can demonstrate the below skill set:

•A Finance Director with a proven track record within the Manufacturing sector, with multi-site experience.

•Proven leadership skills of high performing teams

•Previous experience of working in a matrix organisation with dual reporting line would be preferred

•Sound commercial judgement

•Gravitas to command confidence from the SMT

•Experience of leading change projects
