Parkinson Lee Executive Search are the retained partners to a Private Equity backed, market leading, medium sized (around 200 employees), manufacturing organisation based in the North of England, in the appointment of a Managing Director.

As Managing Director, you are joining this highly successful business at an exciting time of investment. You will deliver on the strategic plan in place; you will play an instrumental role in the projected future organic and acquisitional growth.

Over the last 12 months the company has been through a major transformation; it has already seen remarkable improvements in profitability, efficiency, and cultural profile.

The organisation has identified opportunities for growth via the introduction of new systems / products and is investing heavily into new product development to increase the size of both its potential customer base and market share.

Working collaboratively with the shareholders’ representatives, the Managing Director will continue to entrepreneurially pursue commercial and innovative opportunities for the medium term.

As the Managing Director, you will lead the Senior Management Team and implement new initiatives which aim to elevate standards across the company. You will drive a company culture of collaboration, inclusive team leadership transparency and one where everyone has a voice.
