Job Description

Parkinson Lee are the retained partner to a Private Equity owned international, market leading provider of sustainable technologies and solutions, based in East Midlands / Derbyshire area.

Reporting into the Group CEO, the Managing Director will take full P&L responsibility for the business leading operational and sales transformation to make significant contribution in shaping the future of the group.

Leading an international team, you will develop and deliver the strategy to enable growth across your brands.

Key responsibilities will include:

•P&L management

•Business planning and strategy development

•Leadership of functions including operations, material management, customer service, project/product management and sales

•Product and service development to increase customer value

•Sales transformation

•An operationally focused MD from a fast-paced business environment

•Experience working in a Private Equity setting is preferable

•A manufacturing / product focused business where there is a focus on revenues achieved through exceptional aftersales care and service

•Multisite management, ideally with international exposure

•Experience building and leading highly engaged teams

•Ability to lead systematic sales transformation to achieve world class commercial performance
