Job Description

Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently exclusive partners with a well-established, SME manufacturer based in the East Midlands region to recruit a Managing Director.

In this commercially focused MD position, you will continue to support the companies next phase in growth by developing and implementing the strategy to support the overall business objectives.

The company is Private Equity backed and will be looking at growth opportunities both organically and through acquisition to form a larger group which could allow potential for this role to develop into a Group MD position for the right person.

Key responsibilities will include:

•Full P&L Management

•Strategy development and implementation

•Staff leadership, recruitment, and development

•Relationship management with key customers and new business development

•Identification, management, and integration of any M&A activity

Parkinson Lee Executive Search are looking for the following experience:

•A proven senior leader with experience working within the Building Products industries

•A commercially driven individual with relationships / contacts within the house building market across the East Midlands region

•Full P&L responsibility of a UK SME business.

•Experience of sales transformation and growth, leading high performing teams

•Knowledge of the production process

•Open on office base role, in the East Midlands area.
